Every engagement is formalised through a written proposal (quotation, service order or contract) accepted by both parties, setting out:
- The specific scope of work and the deliverables.
- The delivery timeline.
- The fee, the payment terms and the currency.
- The obligations of each party.
Enquiries submitted through the contact form are expressions of interest and create no obligation to contract for either party.
5. Client obligations
- To provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information about its company, its product and its operation.
- To hold the licences, registrations, permits and authorisations required by its activity at origin and at destination.
- To comply with applicable customs, health, foreign-exchange, foreign-trade and anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing regulations.

- The client or the counterpart appears on national or international restrictive lists.
- There are reasonable indications of unusual or suspicious operations.
- The operation involves goods, persons or destinations subject to sanctions or export restrictions.
7. Limitation of liability
Palm Global acts with professional diligence but does not guarantee any specific commercial outcome. In particular, it is not liable for:
- Business decisions taken by the client on the basis of information published on this website or provided during an advisory engagement.
- Default, insolvency or conduct of third parties the client contracts with, even where introduced by Palm Global.
- Changes in prices, freight rates, exchange rates, tariffs or market conditions.
- Delays, losses or damage caused by carriers, customs agents, authorities or force majeure events.
- Interruptions, errors or temporary unavailability of the website.
In any event, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Palm Global total liability towards the client is limited to the value of the fees actually paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to keep confidential the commercial, technical and financial information exchanged in connection with the relationship, and to use it solely for the purposes of the operation. This obligation remains in force for two (2) years after the relationship ends, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
